Standard Return Terms

This policy applies to full-price items unless stated otherwise. Promotional period returns and outlet/final sale purchases may have different terms.

Return Window

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Options

  • Full Refund: Credited to your original payment method.
  • 110% Store Credit: For full-price purchases (credit never expires).
    Note: Exchanges are not currently available.

Item-Specific Rules

  • Earrings: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
  • Promotional/Outlet Items: Final sale; no returns or credits.

Condition Requirements

Returns must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Free of damage, stains, or signs of use.
  • Accompanied by all tags and labels.
    We may deny returns that fail these conditions and ship them back to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Paid by the customer (non-refundable). We don’t provide free return labels, but can quote a label fee upon request.
  • Failed Deliveries: Customers cover costs for returns due to incorrect addresses, missed pickups, or unpaid duties/taxes.

Processing Timeline

Allow 5–15 business days for returns to be processed after arriving at our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
